LEARN TO SAY NO!
So here’s the deal. I mean the raw deal. Self love encompasses your needs and your wants. Not anyone else’s. If you desire to run a successful business, then saying yes to everything that will get you there and no to everything that won’t is key.
DEVELOP A SET OF STRONG VALUES
What is important to you? Adoping a strong sense of values that will ultimately you to your end goal. These values must be so solid within our being that they become impenetrable.
WHAT DO YOU WANT?
What do you want your relationships to look like? How do you want to be treated? What is it you want out of life? Where are you headed. Take out a pen and paper. Write your answers down. Then remind yourself that you are worthy of these things.
Know what makes you happy and what doesn’t. Have a sound understanding of your strengths and weaknesses. Spend time with yourself and get to know you. Not only will your awareness of self increase but also your peace of mind will increase as well.
RISE TO THE OCCASION
The best way to teach someone how to love you is for you to love yourself the way you would want them to love you. Which means the standards in which you set for others, you must then apply those same standards to yourself. Demonstrate that it can be done.
